Club Penguin has released a new black puffle pin! You have to go to the Mine Shack, then go to the Recycling Plant next door to the Mine Shack. You will see the pin:
When you click right about where I am standing, you will see this:
Click on "Yes" as boxed in the image above. The black puffle pin is now in your inventory.
